Tis' the season to be Merry

The number of photos in my 750i reached an alarming 600. This is a sign that I need to upload some of them elsewhere before the pitiful phone die in my own hands.

It was 29th Nov 2006, and it was also the unfateful day I did a last minute resume and tendered it up to this luxury brand company for the managment program. My very first try at submitting my resume was a total disaster, because at the 11th hour, I was still in a big mess asking anyone and everyone, whether my photo should be dumped on the cover letter or the resume itself. I must admit I am horrible at such things, it took me so long to put off the procrastination and begin an application. I am such a terrible person sometimes. And I sense that the application might already have been down the drain.

Anyway, after much hola and ohla and much help from everyone, i did it! And I rushed out to meet Chew and guess what, my sandals actually fell apart along the way, and i began to worry if Emily had inflicted 'shoe-killer- disease on me. Haha, thank godness, i managed to find a pair of replacement, an ugly one, but beggers aren't choosers.

So, we finally managed to make our way down to Chinatown and stock up some nitty gritty for my jewel making. Then, we hopped back to town to have our dinner and look at the lightings. The lightings looked a little weird this year, or was it my imagination? The shade of gold looks weird, like it belonged to Chinese New Year instead, haha, Emily was the one who first commented so. Still, it was good to see the ever humongous Christmas Tree at Takashimaya & snapped few photos. Chew looked very happy to see the lights, some people never grow up you see. Ok Ok, i admit, i forced him to stand there and pose with a smile. :D BUT, that weird upside down picture was self taken.

On one hand, i hope Christmas comes really soon because I like the festive mood, but on the other hand, i wish Christmas will move a little slower, then I can enjoy my holidays a little longer. Human beings, we are never contented. YOU! Dont start thinking "Why drag me into the picture?" I am sure you are the same, :D
